                        While Project Management Professional exams can run higher than one might originally
                        think, the benefits clearly outweigh the cost, and you will most likely make that
                        money back very quickly as a certified PMP. So, how much is the PMP exam? Here are 
                        some facts about the PMP exam cost:
                    
                    
                        All payments and examination procedures are done through the Project Management
                        Institute website, or the PMI. Although you do not have to become a PMI member,
                        it is recommended. If you do not want to become a PMI member, the PMP exam, including
                        application fees, will cost you $675. The annual membership fee for PMI is $149, with
                        an additional $10 application fee for new members, and you will receive a $250 discount
                        for the PMP exam, making the total examination fee $584. In the end, becoming a member
                        and taking the test will cost you less money, and provide you with a number of online
                        incentives including: a subscription to PM Network and PM Today published by the
                        PMI, access to a free version of the PMBOK® Guide reference text, discounts on project
